According to yahoo news today, Romain Julien who was injured during the Clash between
Chris Brown and Drake on June 14 Fracas is suing both singers and the owners of the New
York City premises. The model happen to be sitting at a nearby table during the brawl. Mr Julien also alleges that he suffered lacerations from broken glass,
cosmetic deformity and mental distress as a result of the fight.
Mr Julien claims the operators created a public nuisance by failing to
provide adequate security in the club and serving liquor to intoxicated
patrons, he is seeking
actual and punitive damages.
