42 year old Matthew has dropping massive amount of weight for his starring role in The Dallas Buyers Club,about Ron Woodruff. The movie is based on a real-life story of a cowboy who contracted HIV through drug use in the '80s and was then forced to smuggle life-saving drugs across the Mexican border.
